Is The Race Timed?

 

 

No, the race and its participants do not get timed. Trust us, there are plenty of events out there that offer timing and that’s cool. We do not time the event… it is all about finishing the race and have a great time with family, friends and co-workers at the post-race food truck rally.

Can Spectators Attend For Free?

 

 

Yes, all spectators can attend for free. Please keep in mind there will be a parking fee for all Food Truck Rally 5K events.

Can Teams Sign Up?

 

 

Teams are a free to create and are a fun way to run with co-workers, friends and family. The Corporate Team Challenge is an active way to encourage team building and employee wellness.

  • Largest Team (not limited to just employees. Friends and family can all sign up for your team)

How Do I Create A Team?

 

 

Teams can be created during the registration process; it will be the second question within the registration process.

Is There A Minimum Or Maximum Number Of People Required To Create A Team?

 

 

No there is not a minimum. Please keep in mind that a minimum of 5 team members is required to receive the 20% registration discount. (Discount not applicable to the Bon Appetit registration package)

Can Costumes Be Worn?

 

 

Yes, we encourage them. The crazier the better!

Are There Team Awards?

 

 

Absolutely! The largest team wins (a $200 food and beverage tab for any food truck/beer garden at the event.)

How Do I Create A Team After I’ve Registered?

 

 

Teams can be created post-registration by logging into your account at eventelf.com, selecting event at the top and clicking the link that says “create team.”

How Do Members Join My Team?

 

 

This is done during the registration process via our website. After the participant has entered all personal information, they will be prompted to join or create a team.

How Do I Invite Members To Join My Team?

 

 

Log into your account at eventelf.com and click “teams” at the top. After selecting your team, click “invite friends to this team”. This will allow you to send an email invitation to both registered participants and non-registered participants.

How Do I Join A Team Post-Registration?

 

 

Participants can join a team post-registration by logging into their account at eventelf.com, selecting event at the top and clicking the link that says “join team.”

 

Q.

How Do I Leave A Team?

 

 

You can leave a team by selecting the team under the “Teams” section within your http://www.eventelf.com/account/login If you are the Team Captain, you must first make another team member the Team Captain through a team captain transfer.

How Do I Manage A Team?

 

 

Teams can be managed at eventelf.com by selecting “Teams” at the top. Once you select your team, you’ll have access to managing it.

 

Q.

How Can I Prepay For Team Members?

 

 

You can currently register for someone else and add them to a team, but this requires inputting their registration information. When registering for an event, select “I’m Registering For Someone Else”, add him or her to your team via the “Join A Team” button, then enter their email address and any requested information.

 

Q.

How Do I Complete A Registration Someone Else Paid For?

 

 

The recipient of the prepaid registration should have received an email with instructions to complete their registration and create an account if necessary.

The individual who purchased the registration can remind participants to complete their registration by selecting the corresponding order under their Account Orders.

 

 

Q.

What is the Bon Appetit Package?

 

 

The Bon Appetit package is a great way to upgrade your Food Truck Rally 5K experience. For $45, you’ll receive entry for the race, finishers t-shirt and medal, a token for $7 in food with any of our food trucks (alcohol not included) and a custom long sleeve t-shirt.
